  • Chemical Abstracts and Registry File online from 1907. The premier database for searching chemicals and chemistry-related issues. (UNR NetID required)
• Science Citation Index
  • Part of Web of Science. Search by subject, author, or cited reference. On the search screen, clear the checkboxes for Social Sciences Citation Index and Arts & Humanities Citation Index if you do not want to search all 3 databases simultaneously (the default). An excellent current awareness and bibliography-building tool. 5,700 journals, from 1965- present
    Save citations to EndNote Web — recorded training sessions are available.
• RSC Super Archive (Royal Society of Chemistry)
  • All 238,000 articles published by the RSC and its forerunner societies, from 1841 to 2004. Browse by title or click "Search RSC Journals" (under Reader Services, left of the "Available Titles" list). References in 1990-2004 articles contain links to full text and CAS abstracts, if available.

• Dissertations & Theses: Full Text (formerly Dissertation Abstracts)
  • ProQuest Dissertations and Theses — Full text is the world's most comprehensive collection of dissertations and theses. It includes 2.4 million dissertation and theses citations from around the world from 1861 to the present day together with 1 million full-text dissertations that are available for download in PDF format. The database offers full text for most of the dissertations added since 1997 and strong retrospective full-text coverage for older graduate works.
