Sheep Ranching Photographs

Linda Dufurrena is a well-known photographer of ranch life and the wildlife and landscapes near the Dufurrena ranch northwest of Winnemucca, Nevada. Her photographs have been published in several magazines including Range and Nevada Magazine, and 124 of her photos appear in Fifty Miles from Home: Riding the Long Circle on a Nevada Family Ranch, with text by her daughter-in-law Carolyn Dufurrena. Excerpts from the book have been published in Range Magazine as Blizzard and The Pine Forest Range in Northern Nevada.
