ARTstor (UNR users only)
- ARTstor is a digital library of nearly one million images in the areas of art, architecture, the humanities, and social sciences with a set of tools to view, present, and manage images for research and pedagogical purposes.
CAMIO (UNR users only)
- CAMIO contains fine art and decorative art from pre-history through contemporary works. All content is rights-cleared for educational use in the classroom or to illustrate papers, Web projects and other assignments.

Academic Search Premier (EBSCOhost) (UNR users only)
- Academic Search Premier has an image component that contains pictures of people, places and things. Choose More - Images at the top of the page to search for images.

NASA Images In general our content is not under copyright and so can be used without express permission, as long as the use does not somehow imply that NASA endorses a product or cause. The credit line used in connection with the images should read "NASA/courtesy of nasaimages.org."
Morgue File Free images for your inspiration, reference and use in your creative work, be it commercial or not! A morgue file is a place to keep post production materials for use of reference, an inactive job file. This morgue file contains free high resolution digital stock photography for either corporate or public use.

Multicolor Search Lab Searches all Flickr images (including Creative Commons images), must check rights before using; Other interesting image searches at http://labs.ideeinc.com/
Colr Pickr Searches all Flickr images (including Creative Commons images), so must check rights before using.
Retrievr Retrievr is an experimental service which lets you search and explore in a selection of Flickr images by drawing a rough sketch. Must check rights before using.

Artcyclopedia.com Search for fine art on the web. Links to seven hundred leading art sites.
Web Gallery of Art The Web Gallery of Art is a virtual museum and searchable database of European painting and sculpture of the Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Neoclassicism, Romanticism and Realism periods (1100-1850), currently containing over 21.300 reproductions.
AskArt – The Artists’ Bluebook AskART is an online database containing over 155,000 artists.
VADS: The Online Resource for Visual Arts VADS is the online resource for visual arts. It has provided services to the academic community for 11 years and has built up a considerable portfolio of visual art collections comprising over 100,000 images that are freely available and copyright cleared for use in teaching, learning and research in the UK.
