Multimedia Center: Order Media for Campus Use

Faculty may borrow materials for short-term use in classrooms. Arrangements can be made for campus delivery of material and equipment. Any list of desired titles is accepted; however, order forms are available from the Multimedia Center and below. All requests must include the following information:

Delivery Instructions

• Please submit an order form for the delivery of material.
  All orders will be delivered to a campus department by 12:00 noon.
  Orders will be delivered one day prior to date of class.
• Request must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• A signature is needed for all campus deliveries.
• To order equipment please contact Classroom Services at 784-6085.

Return Instructions

• "Return" material must be ready for pickup in your Department Office by 9:00 am on the day following its use.
• Material may not be broadcast off radio, television, or transmitted by any other method.
• The borrower may not lend materials to any other individual, group, or organization.
