3-5 Days	Request Books via Link+ and pick them up at the Library Services Desk in the Knowledge Center If not available in LINK+, order via ILLiad	Submit a request via ILLiad. Most articles arrive in 2 - 5 days
4 Days - 2 weeks	Submit a request via ILLiad. Most books arrive within 1 to 2 weeks	Submit a request via ILLiad. Most articles arrive in 2 - 5 days
