Remote Access to Software

ALERT!! MathCAD via Citrix is not working — MathCAD is available in the DataWorks Lab in the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center. At present, we do not have an estimated time for restored service.

To launch applications, login with your NetID:

To use DataWorks software in your Web browser, the ICA Citrix client must first be installed on your computer. The client allows your computer to interact with the application on our server.

Download the ICA Citrix client for:

• Windows 2000, XP, and Vista
• Mac OS
• UNIX, LINUX, and other operating systems

FAQ

• Mac users must use the FireFox browser to ensure correct functionality
• When working with most applications, save work on your local C: drive. The exception? When using MathCAD, save work on the server's C: drive.
• When opening or saving files on your C: drive, select
   
  C$ on 'Client' (C:)
   
• The Citrix client is installed on all PCs and Macs located in IT-supported computing labs.
